Scout. Verify. Vote. Buy.
- Scout. AI combs stores, listings and Telegram for small businesses that already make money.
- Verify. A record only the owner can add proves the business is theirs. Revenue is matched to the payment processor, not screenshots.
- Vote. Holders decide. One token, one vote, signed with your wallet, no gas. The crane only lowers the floor if they say yes.
- Buy. The chest pays through escrow. Domain, code and accounts are handed over, and the business becomes a floor.

Fair questions.
Who holds the war chest keys?
Each coin's chest is a wallet ACQUIRE derives for that coin from a secret it keeps. It is built to pay out for one thing: a purchase the coin's holders approved, up to the approved price. Every payment is a public transaction, so the ledger is how you check us.
What happens if holders vote no?
Nothing is bought. The chest keeps its SOL, the deal is closed, and the result of the vote goes on the ledger.
What does ACQUIRE take?
10% of a coin's creator fees, locked when the coin is launched. Nothing from purchases, revenue or the chest. The other 90% goes to that coin's own war chest.
Can the split change later?
No. pump.fun's fee-sharing lock is written once, at birth. After that nobody can change it, us included.
What if a business loses money?
It shows on the ledger as a loss, and holders can vote to sell it. No returns are promised: a business can earn less than it cost.
Do holders get paid?
Not directly. Income goes back into the war chest to buy more businesses. Holding a coin gives you a vote on purchases, not a share of the revenue.
Who runs the businesses?
The desk operates them or hires operators. Every cost is on the ledger.
